Fry Day

Godd Almighty!

Gas hit $5.00/gallon in Arcadia today. They say that by the July 5th weekend, we’re going to be at $5.50 nationwide. Still, this morning i saw some douchetard driving one of those truckzilla things that was jacked up on 10 foot tall, 6 foot wide wheels. Bet he gets about 2 miles to the gallon. Fuckwad. Probably thinks Lumpy McCain will make a fine President. Then, at lunch, I counted 8 Encino cockroaches, speeding down Ventura blvd in their Escalades (4) and Hummers (3) and Exploiters (1) all of them clutching cellphones in their bony, bangled claws.

Subject: when is the rapture expected????

Can you please find some way to speed up the formal
rapturing schedule, please? The sooner you morons get
the hell out of here the sooner the rest of us get
some peace. Those fugly churches of yours are going to
make fine bowling alleys and discos. We'll give all of
your mobile homes to the homeless.
Not sure what we'll do with the mountains of polyester
you'll leave behind, though. Any suggestions?
thanks, and have a super day!

 I got this response back:

All ya got to do is get the E.U. to sign a seven year protection pact with Israel. That should just about do it. 🙂 Mark

  1. by me its still 4.60 a gallon.
have these people even heard McCain speak?! Please he lisps everyword and sounds like he’s reading my pet goat to a kindergarten class. I do think the will ultimately adjust his meds as race goes on though. He’s not supposed to take viagara will his blood pressure meds. Although I did hear he mixed viagara with propecia and his hair was spikey for a week. Let’s see now he still has the beta blockers and oh yeah the mirapex for his restless leg syndrome. Enbrel infusions for arthritis, lottonex for irritable bowl syndrome, flowmax for urinary problems associated with enlarged prostate…………….

  2. Anyone who votes for McCain in Nov. is SEVERELY brain damaged.

  3. Fuel prices are even more than that here in the UK now, they have went through the roof! Loads of people are going on strike and causing huge road blocks etc in demonstration at the governments unwillingness to try to do anything about it.

  4. It’s still got a ways to go. Many petroleum analysts are looking for $200/barrel price by end of year. That and other market concerns would double current $4 average to 8/gallon by end of year.

That would also put pricing in line roughly with what Europe pays (China is sufficiently subsidized right now to less than 100/barrel USD).

What does this mean? Welll…..Expect all those Large Marge SUVs and Hummers to see a steep hike in lease/loan walkaways. They won’t be able to give them away. Won’t be able to live in them either. Good time to be a repo man .

I’m truly concerned for the effect such radically different pricing will have on small business. I hope Mom and Pop stores will see it as an advantage and opportunity to take back local neighborhood business stolen by the big block stores (Walmart, Target, etc). After all, we can ride our bikes and walk down to the corner store again, right?

Watch for water to become the new “oil”. Analysts met this week about industry size and opportunities and made the same kind of pronouncements about water that they made about oil 5 years ago: it’s underpriced, people waste it, the treatment plants and carriers are undercapitalized and there’s lots of opportunity for profit there. And we all know what happened to oil. 🙂

Are you ready for $4/gallon water?

  5. That website was hilarious! I’m curious to see how many suckers actually think it’s real.

  6. Well I am shocked that nobody here is marching in the streets and doing something about this. the media has simply kept us mesmerized by the stupid primaries.

  7. I paid $4.55 for mid grade in San Jose yesterday. Isn’t the fact that something is cheaper in the Bay Area a sign of the approaching apocalypse?

  8. speaking of mom and pop stores. The lady down the street from me raised her price for a dozen by 25%. I talked to her about it an she said she had to due to energy costs. Her store “monterey donuts” is consistently rated in the top ten for in the los angeles area.
